The Fiji Commerce & Employers Federation had the pleasure of hosting and engaging in a very interactive meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Professor Biman Prasad today.

The courtesy visit was an opportunity to discuss on the new plans and the relationship of the Ministry and of FCEF.

Professor Prasad in his address to FCEF assured that he will work very closely with institutions like FCEF and be open for discussions.

Board President Mr. Vinay Narsey thanked the Hon. Minister for his visit and discussed on the role of FCEF, and how FCEF can work together with the Ministry in achieving future plans.

FCEF Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kameli Batiweti congratulated Professor Prasad for his achievements in the last thirty-one days and assured commitment and support to the Ministry of Finance, Strategic Planning, National Development and Statistics.
