Established in 1961, the Fiji Commerce & Employers Federation (FCEF) is Fiji’s premier private sector organization dedicated to representing the interest of commerce and employers in Fiji.  Our mission is to Protect, Promote and Preserve good governance, free enterprise and commerce for the economic development of Fiji.

We have an opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as Communications and Digital Transformation Officer.  

Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful incumbent will work interdependently with cross functional internal and external teams and broadly responsible for the organization’s:

• communications policies, strategies and products, ensuring that they are aligned to and serving the strategic vision and practices of the organization and its membership and
• internal and external communications and ensuring membership services are enhanced including through relevant digital platforms, such as social and web media.
• plans to transition to digital platforms that enhances the image, achievements and on-line presence of FCEF.

Minimum Qualifications Requirements:

• At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, New Media or related field.
• Knowledge of desktop publishing software (InDesign/Photoshop etc.)
• Knowledge of online marketing & branding tools (Canva, CapCut etc.)
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills;
• Proactive, good time and organizational skills;
• Proficient in MS Office and Social Media Platforms;
